Q: How long will it take to deliver my order?
A: Most rings are in production for 10-30 days and shipping takes1-3 business days
Q: How do I contact you for a custom order?
A: Please email us at info@balacia.com and include the following:
- Inspiration photos showing different angles of the ring you'd like
- Stone size (How many carats or what mm?)
- Gold color and carats (Example: 10k Rose Gold)
- Budget (Incase what you'd like is over budget, we can adjust the carats to fit your needs)
- Timeframe (When do you need the ring?)
- Would you like engraving?
Q: Is there a warranty?
A: We provide a free appraisal with all rings. With your appraisal, you can sign up for jewelry insurance to protect against loss, damage, and theft. Insurance covers much more than a limited warranty so you can have peace of mind. If we inspect your order and it shows a manufacturing defect, we will fix or remake it for free. Manufacuring defects are usually noticed within the first 90 days of wear
Q: What if I don't like the ring?
A: We always send a 3D photo for you to confirm your order before we go into production so you will LOVE your ring
Q: How much is engraving?
A: Print and cursive fonts are free (for rings, or up to $30 for other jewelry) or if you'd like a custom engraving such as a unique symbol or a photo, a hand engraver will engrave it for an additional charge (usually around $100)
Q: What is the returns/exchanges policy?
A: Every ring is made custom so we do not accept returns. Exchanges are accepted in some cases, with a stocking fee ($100-500)
Q: Will my ring appraise at value?
A: It will appraise at a higher value, usually 30-60%
Q: What are the rings made out of?
A: Our most popular stones are lab diamonds but we have many stone options such as natural diamonds, moissanite, and various gemstones
