Shipping Policy
Shipping is free with every order! Balacia custom jewelry items are typically made in 14-20 days. For orders over $500, we ship through certified 1-3 day FedEx express mail or you can pick up from a local FedEx pickup location. For orders under $500, we ship FedEx or USPS. All shipments are certified, insured, discrete, and trackable. Contact us if you have a preferred shipping carrier.
